- To reply to support requests and send maker updates you asked for.
- To operate and protect our site (spam and abuse controls).
- We do not sell your personal information.
Where it is stored
- Form submissions are stored in our private inbox used by the Smttezion team to respond.
- Access is limited to authorized administrators.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages are kept while needed to resolve your request, then removed or archived.
- Newsletter emails stay until you ask to unsubscribe.
Your choices
- Email support@smttezion.com to update, correct, or delete your contact details, or to unsubscribe from the newsletter.
- You can also use the contact form on our Support page.
Children
- Our kits may be used with children under adult supervision. Website forms are intended for parents, educators, and adult makers. Do not submit a child’s personal information through the site.
Changes
- We may update this policy as the site grows. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
